Student mentorship refers to providing training to students and mentoring them to enhance the content knowledge and the skills to become successful in the examinations. Whereas, Teacher mentorship refers to mentoring teachers by upgrading their knowledge of the pedagogy of IB and Cambridge, improving their content knowledge, enhancing the required 21st century teaching skills and making them more confident in the delivery of the International syllabus of IB and Cambridge.
