My son, Siddhartha immensely benfitted from GP sir’s unique teaching style. Interesting and inspiring WW2 trivia...
During World War 2, Russian planes were so NOISY that to avoid alerting the Germans, the Bombers would SWITCH OFF the plane at a certain height, coast down to German positions, Drop their bombs, then climb on the wings of plane to RESTART the engines in Mid Air!!
All these planes were run by Russian WOMEN bombers and were NEVER CAPTURED.

A question comes to my mind on what exactly is the role of a teacher/Mentor/Coach...

Is it to show what is possible or keep on speaking about what is not possible?

Is it to show the students their potential or tell them what they are not capable of doing?

Is it to encourage them to experiment or take them to task for "not having the capacity or capability to understand?

Is to to try different methodology to help them understand and never give up or repeat twice and give up saying the kid is not capable?

Sir I would like to mention this I have seen alot of improvement in shivprasad specially in maths. He is doing his problems on his own without any help.In PTM also teacher said he is replying in the class and she was happy with his progress. Only issue with him is word problem and I think that will come with practice. I am also happy with his CS marks. Thank You Sir.
