There is no perfect or best training split in bodybuilding. If you need to grow you need to create a plan by your own and target the primary working muscle.
My all time favourite is 3-4 day split.
My clients they train around 3-6 days per week.
It all depends on specific individual’s goal, lifestyle and environment.
