Excited to have conducted a 5-day at a prominent Technology Industrial leader's premises. The training conducted by one of our trainers Kartik, a TISS empaneled trainer. The Train The Trainer program was a deep dive into essential concepts: adult learning principles, TNA, learning frameworks, objectives, training delivery, and evaluation. Engaging activities, role plays, and exercises enriched the group's learning experience.
