ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ1-6-2020 ਨੂੰ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਲਾਕਡਾਊਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਅ ਅਤੇ ਇਮਊਨਟੀ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਯੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਆਸਣ ਕੀਤੇ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਾਇਦਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਇਸ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਡਾ ਰਜਨੀ ਬਾਲਾ ਜੀ ਸਨ।

ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ COVID 19 ਕਰਕੇ ਲਾਕਡਾਊਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿ੍ੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ ਤਰਲੋਕ ਬੰਧੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਤਹਿਤ ਬਣੇਂ ਰੀਡਰਸ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਵਿਊ ਲਿਖ਼ਣ ਦੀ ਐਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਦਿਆਂ ਇਹ ਰਿਵਿਊ ਲਿਖੇ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਨਾਵਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਰਿਵਿਊ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵੀ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ "ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ, ਮੇਰਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਸਫ਼ਰਨਾਮਾ, ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਪਾਪੀ,ਗਰੋਇੰਗ ਅੱਪ ਬਿਨ ਲਾਦੇਨ, ਪ੍ਰੋਫ਼ੈਸਰ ਕੈਂਦੀ, ਗੁਰੀਲੇ,ਜੰਗਲਨਾਮਾ,ਦੌੜ, ਰਾਣੀ ਤੱਤ, ਗਰੀਬ ਦੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਐਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀ.ਐਡ ਭਾਗ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੀ.ਐਡ ਭਾਗ ਦੂਜਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ,ਸੁਖਮਨ ਮਾਨ, ਮਹਿਕਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਸੁਖਵੀਰ ਕੌਰ, ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ, ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ਼ਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਆਦਿ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਐਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਸਨ।

Khalsa College of Education, Sri Muktsar Sahib organised an activity i.e. Best out of waste on 21.05.2020. All the NSS volunteers actively participated in this activity. All the participants made something useful by using waste material. All the volunteers learnt that we can make something useful by using waste material. Our students are learning different skills in lockdown period. Dr. Parmod Bala and Dr. Rajni Bala were incharge of this activity.

Khalsa College of Education, Sri Muktsar Sahib organised an activity i.e. Photography on the theme COVID-19 on 16.05.2020. All the NSS volunteers actively participated in this activity. All the participants captured photo and added caption on it. All the photographs and captions were unique and worthwhile and also depicted that our students are aware of present situation. Dr. Parmod Bala and Dr. Rajni Bala were incharge of this activity.

NSS volunteers of Khalsa College of Education, Muktsar made sanitizer at their homes, distributed to the needy people and motivated them for the use of it in this pandemic Covid-19.

An online Slogan Writing Competition was conducted by Khalsa College of Education Muktsar on 10..5.2020.The main purpose of this activity was to create awareness among the masses regarding COVID -19. All the NSS volunteers participated actively .Sandeep Kaur got 1st position ,Sukhman Mann 2nd and Veerpal Kaur stood 3rd in this competition.

Khalsa College of Education, Sri Muktsar Sahib organised an activity i.e. Mask Making on 11.05.2020. All the NSS volunteers participated in this activity. Students made washable masks in their homes and distributed to the needy persons. This activity created awareness among common mass and use of mask will also protect them from Covid 19. Mask is the need of the hour. Our students actively participated in this activity and gave the message to all that Stay Home Stay Safe.
