Very happy birthday to you sir. We are fortunate to have taught by you. You were more than just a teacher, all the students who were taught by you were inspired by you. You believed in every student, you motivated him/her to think big and achieve big, those who believed in turn, have definitely got benefited. All of us, wish you to continue doing the good deeds you are doing and help the directionless students who come to you.
I could write pages about you but I will limit it your birthday wish.

Wish you a very happy birthday again. We wish to see some amazing achievements by Sai Niketan students under your guidance.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು.

ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೆಂದರೆ ಯಾರು ಎನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ನಮಗೆ ಒಂದಲ್ಲ ಒಂದು ಹೊಸ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ, ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದಾಟಿಸುವಾತ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನೇ? ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಆಗ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನಿಗೂ, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಗೂ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವೇ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತವನು ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಎನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹೇಗೆ ಆಲೋಚಿಸಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಎಂತಹ ಆಲೋಚನಾ ಕ್ರಮ, ನಂಬಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಢಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವವನು ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಹೀಗೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆ, ಆಲೋಚನಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳೇ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಅಂಥ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಲೋಚನಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ನಾವು ಇಂದು ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ಬಯಸುವ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯ.

ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನಾಗುವುದು ಸುಲಭದ ಮಾತಲ್ಲ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೆಡೆಗೆ ಅಪಾರ ಮಮತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತಾಳ್ಮೆ, ಬದ್ಧತೆ ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯ.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಖಾತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದೆ? ಅಲ್ಲ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು, ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹೊಂದುವುದು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಬೇಕು.

ಇದೆ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆದಾಗ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೂ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮಗೂ ಸಂತೃಪ್ತಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ದಾರಿ ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗಬಹುದು ಆದರೆ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಸಾರ್ಥಕತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
