Today, Motihari College of Engineering, Motihari successfully hosted the Internal Hackathon for Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026.

It was inspiring to witness students come together with innovative ideas, creative solutions, teamwork and the spirit to solve real-world challenges. 💡🤝

Being a part of this event as a Student Coordinator, E-Cell, MCE Motihari was a wonderful experience and a valuable opportunity to contribute to such an impactful initiative.

📢 SMART INDIA HACKATHON (SIH) 2026 | E-Cell & IIC 8.0
Students are invited to participate in Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026, the national-level innovation and problem-solving initiative of the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell and AICTE.
🗓️ Proposed Date of (SIH) Internal Hackathon
12 September 2026 (Saturday)
The Internal Hackathon will be conducted by E-Cell, for screening and selection of the best teams for further nomination to SIH 2026.
👥 Team Formation Rules
• 6 members per team, including team leader
• All members from MCE Motihari only (no inter-college teams)
• Minimum 1 female member — mandatory
• Software track → strong programming skills;
• Hardware track → multi-disciplinary team encouraged
What to Bring on 12 Sept
• Finalized team (6 members) + chosen problem statement
• Idea PPT using the official SIH template (attached)
• Prototype/demo/mockup if ready

🚀 Pitch Deck Workshop | E-Cell, MCE Motihari

Today, E-Cell, MCE Motihari successfully organized a Pitch Deck Workshop for first-year students. The session introduced students to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, startup ecosystem, pitch deck preparation, and the opportunities available through Startup Bihar.

Students were also encouraged to participate in the Ideation Challenge and transform their innovative ideas into impactful startups.

Every great startup begins with a single idea. 💡

📍 Day 5 Highlights | Drone and Allied Technologies Bootcamp 🚁

Day 5 of the Drone and Allied Technologies Bootcamp focused on assessments and team presentations, where participants demonstrated their understanding of drone technology and its real-world applications. Each team confidently presented innovative ideas, showcasing their technical knowledge, teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

The enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication displayed by the participants made the session both engaging and inspiring. We congratulate all the teams for their excellent efforts and wish them continued success in their journey of learning and innovation.

Day 4 | Advanced AI Integrator

Another insightful learning session at the C-DAC Drone Bootcamp, where participants explored the concept of Advanced AI Integration and its role in building intelligent, real-world solutions.
The session covered the AI development lifecycle—from problem definition and data preparation to model selection, training, testing, and deployment—while encouraging active participation and discussion.

Grateful to the speaker for sharing practical knowledge and to all the participants for their enthusiasm and engagement.
