stitutes permitted by Govt. Right from the beginning, MIT was lead by eminent senior academicians from reputed IITs, NITs and universities of country. Its foundation in terms of academics, infrastructure and placement was laid very strong and it continued to grow upon that. MIT started with a very small intake of 160 students in three engineering branches namely Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. in seven engineering branches namely Civil Engineering (CE), Computer Science & Engineering (CS&E),Computer Science & Engineering (AI & ML),Computer Science & Engineering (Data Science),Computer Science & Engineering (IoT), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (E&CE) and Mechanical Engineering with a total intake of 480 students. MIT is also running MBA programme with the intake of 60 students. MITGI is also running four more colleges imparting education in the area of Architecture, Pharmacy and Management. These colleges are MET Faculty of Architecture (UPTU College Code – 631), MET Faculty of Pharmacy (UPTU College Code – 598), MIT College of Management (UPTU College Code – 702), MIT College of Pharmacy (UPTU College Code – 1046) respectively. MIT campus is spread over a lush green area of 18 acres on the bank of river Ramganga. MITGI colleges are nourished by a group of approx. two hundred dedicated, hardworking and qualified faculty and staff members. Our institutions have very well equipped laboratories to give excellent practical exposure and skills to students without any compromise. Our alumni are working with top MNCs around the globe.
