🌿 Understanding the Invisible Threads of Nature

A thought-provoking session unfolded at Alva’s Rostrum Club as renowned environmentalist and writer Dr. K. N. Ganeshaiah explored “Invisible Threads of Nature: The Reins of the Ecosystem.”

From Kolar’s water security to the ecological transformation of Talakadu, Dr. Ganeshaiah highlighted how nature is sustained by countless interconnected processes—many of which remain invisible until we disrupt them.

His powerful message reminded us: “Do not kill the invisible threads by diverting water.”

The session also sparked meaningful conversations on the Gadgil and Kasturirangan reports, sustainable development, Western Ghats conservation, and our responsibility towards future generations.

An insightful dialogue that encouraged us to look beyond what we see, question what we take for granted, and protect the delicate systems that sustain life.
