ngden Longkumer on February 11th, 2010 in Dimapur, Nagaland. The school is committed to imparting standardised integrated and intensive training in various disciplines of music, and committed also, to developing and enriching artistic talent. The school curriculum incorporates a wide-range of teaching styles, methods, and approaches. For Grade exams, students are taught the Trinity Guildhall graded music exams syllabuses for the instruments under the classical department, and the Rockschool, UK music exam syllabuses for the instruments under rock department. Annual External Examinations are conducted at Note Grid School of Music by Trinity Guildhall London music examiners (for classical department) in the months of October-November, and by Rockschool, UK music examiners (for rock department) in the months of November-December. Assessment, Grading, and Certification of the exams are monitored and administered by the concerned affiliating boards and not by the teachers or the administration of NGSM.
