Talk session titled “Insights into Drug Disposition” was successfully delivered by Dr. Jashvant D. Unadkat and Dr. Manthena V.S. Varma on 8th October, 2018 at NIPER, S.A.S Nagar. The session was immensely knowledgeable for the students; providing them peek into the world of Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic (PBPK) Modeling and Extended Clearance Classification System (ECCS). On 1st June, 2018, Dr. Sandhya Mandlekar delivered a talk on “Integration of DM-PK-Tox-Bioanalytical data in Drug Discovery”. This was followed by another talk session by Dr. Michael Sinz on the topic “Drug-Drug Interactions in Drug Discovery”. The talks presented students with deeper insights into the various aspects of drug discovery stage and the requirements associated with it.
