To embark on this journey of integrating new and veteran faculty members and fostering teamwork, the University School of Management Studies (USMS) organized a two-day workshop and orientation program for the 2024-2025 session. The Dean, Heads of Departments, and all faculty members were in attendance.
Day one comprised three sessions focusing on Teaching-Learning Evaluation Process (TLEP), Teaching-Learning Process (TLP), course files, and examination protocols. Day two featured sessions on enterprise resource planning, attendance management, research methodologies, the process of publishing papers, selecting reputable journals, and verifying their authenticity. Subsequent sessions addressed patent procedures and publishing, concluding with a comprehensive overview of the mentoring program.
