The students of Grade 1 to 5 showcased exceptional talent and academic excellence in the Indian Talent Olympiad Examination for the session 2025-2026.

The young achievers brought immense pride to the school by securing Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals in various subjects along with Certificates of Merit for their outstanding performance.
The Olympiad provided a wonderful platform for students to test their knowledge, enhance their analytical thinking, and develop confidence at a competitive level. The enthusiastic participation and remarkable achievements of the students reflected their dedication, hard work, and continuous efforts guided by their teachers and parents.

Skonis Wonders School, Kharar officially ushered in a new era of student leadership this Wednesday, May 13, 2026! Our campus was buzzing with energy and pride as we hosted the Annual Investiture Ceremony, a landmark event where responsibility meets ambition.

​the ceremony opened with a stirring keynote from our Principal, Mrs. Monica Gupta. Her message was clear: leadership isn't just a title; it’s about discipline, integrity, and serving the school community with heart. She challenged our new leaders to not just carry their titles, but to live out our school values every single day.

​The atmosphere was electric as our newly elected Student Council stepped forward. With heads held high, the Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, and Vice-Captains were formally pinned with their badges and draped in sashes—symbols of the trust the school has placed in them.
​"I pledge to lead with integrity, dedication, and honesty."
​Following the sashes, our House leaders took a collective oath, promising to foster unity and drive excellence across academics, sports, and the arts.

​As the rhythmic applause of students and faculty filled the air, it was more than just a formal handover—it was a celebration of the character and commitment we strive to build at Skonis Wonders.
​The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, but the spirit of leadership remained long after the ceremony ended. We are incredibly proud of our new student council and can’t wait to see the heights they will reach this academic year!

*Mother’s Day Celebration at Skonis Wonders School, Kharar.*

Skonis Wonders School, Kharar celebrated Mother’s Day with great enthusiasm, joy, and heartfelt emotions on 9th May;2026. The special event was organized to honor the unconditional love, care, and sacrifices of mothers. The entire school campus was filled with excitement and happiness as mothers participated wholeheartedly in the celebration.

The theme of the celebration was “Favourite Bollywood Actress”, where mothers dressed up beautifully as their favourite Bollywood stars. Various fun-filled games and activities were organized especially for the mothers, and they enjoyed every moment with great excitement and laughter.
The tiny tots dedicated beautiful performances to their mothers, expressing their love and gratitude which touched everyone’s hearts.
A special ramp walk was also organized for the mothers . Their elegance, confidence, and joyful participation won everyone’s applause and made the event truly spectacular.
The program began with a warm welcome note by the respected Principal Ma’am,Mrs. Monica Gupta who appreciated the endless efforts and dedication of mothers in shaping the future of their children. She highlighted the importance of a mother’s role in every child’s life and wished all the mothers a very Happy Mother’s Day.
At the end of the celebration, Principal Ma’am delivered the vote of thanks and expressed her gratitude to all the mothers for their enthusiastic participation. She also appreciated the efforts of the teachers, students, and organizers for making the event grand and memorable.

On the joyous occasion of Mother’s Day, Skonis Wonders School organized a special Medical Camp dedicated to the health and well-being of mothers on 09-05-26(Saturday). The camp was successfully conducted in collaboration with Lions Club and the expert medical team from Holy Basil Hospital.

The medical camp witnessed the gracious presence of renowned doctors, including Dr. Pooja and Dr. Parminder Kaur(Gynaecologist & Dietician) along with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The doctors provided valuable health consultations, medical guidance, and awareness regarding women’s health, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Mothers enthusiastically participated in the camp and benefited from the expert advice shared by the medical team. The initiative aimed to spread awareness about preventive healthcare and encourage women to prioritize their physical and mental well-being.

The school Principal Mrs. Monica Gupta and the management expressed heartfelt gratitude to Lions Club and the team from Holy Basil Hospital for their support and contribution towards making the event meaningful and successful. Such initiatives reflect the school’s commitment not only towards education but also towards the health and welfare of the community.

Learning goes beyond the classroom at Skonis Wonders School, Kharar.

Our enthusiastic students of Classes III to V recently embarked on an enriching educational visit to the local post office on 05-05-26 where they experienced the fascinating world of communication and postal services firsthand.

During the visit, students explored the various systems and processes followed in a post office. They observed how letters and parcels are sorted, stamped, and delivered efficiently to different destinations. The officials also explained the importance of pin codes, savings schemes, and other essential services provided by the post office.
The visit was truly an eye-opening experience, helping students appreciate the journey of communication from ancient practices to modern systems. Such experiential learning opportunities not only make education engaging but also leave a lasting impact on young minds.

Monthly Competition Highlights 🌟

Our school proudly organized the Monthly Draw and Colour Competition for students of Grades 1 to 5 on 23rd April and it was truly a delightful showcase of creativity and imagination!

For Grades 1 & 2, the theme was “Baisakhi”, where our young artists beautifully depicted the vibrant festival through colourful fields, traditional attire, and joyful celebrations. Their artwork reflected enthusiasm and cultural richness.

For Grades 3 to 5, the theme was “Earth Day”, encouraging students to express their thoughts on saving our planet. The participants presented inspiring drawings focusing on environmental conservation, greenery, and the importance of protecting Mother Earth.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from all students. The best entries were awarded prizes, appreciating the effort, creativity, and dedication of our budding artists.

🌼 Labour Day Celebration at School 🌼

Labour Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and gratitude in Skonis Wonders school,Kharar honoring the dedication and hard work of our support staff who contribute immensely to the smooth functioning of the institution.
The celebration witnessed a warm and cheerful gathering of students and teachers, where all marked their presence with great excitement. To make the day even more special, a series of fun-filled games were organized, bringing smiles, laughter, and a spirit of togetherness among everyone.

To spread awareness about the importance of protecting our planet, a special assembly was conducted in Skonis Wonders School Kharar on the occasion of Earth Day for students of Classes 1 to 5.

The assembly aimed to instill a sense of responsibility and love for nature among young learners.
The program began with a warm welcome, followed by a brief introduction highlighting the significance of Earth Day and the need to conserve our natural resources. Students enthusiastically participated in the assembly and conveyed meaningful messages through various presentations.
A well-prepared PowerPoint Presentation (PPT.) was also shown, which helped students understand environmental issues and simple steps they can take in their daily lives to protect Mother Earth .The assembly also included an engaging art and craft activity, where students created posters and models using recycled materials, promoting the idea of “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.”

The celebration concluded with a lively and inspiring song based on Earth conservation, which filled the atmosphere with positivity and motivation.
