We work closely with the Government of Haryana, supporting their Skill Development initiatives. We have also been supporting the Cluster Development initiatives of the Govt. We work on a Pre Placement Model, wherein the candidates are given training only if it ensures them an employment or self employment. Skill Mitra has been majorly engaged in the Handloom and Power loom Sector as we feel the scope of Self Employment in this sector is the most vast.
