Instead of giving pen-paper assignments to students, PPTs /soft copies should be encouraged.
It’ll also help the kids develop their IT skills in a very natural way.

After going through various holiday assignments of my students (from different schools) I have come up with an idea for the Heads of schools -

Just before the teachers start preparing for the holiday homework a contest should be held for them.
‘Teacher with the most effective application based homework idea would be rewarded’
This is a simple technique of motivating the teachers to think out of the box & of course it’s going to be much more interesting & enjoyable for the students too.
Many new ideas, meaningful projects would pour in for sure!!
