It amalgamates multiple training routines across the likes of Yoga, Calisthenics, Body Balancing, Strength Training, Sparring, Coordination, Speed and Stamina. Our intention is to stay open to the true spirit of martial arts and not get bound by any one established system of instructions. For us, an individual is more important th
