Employees of the Punjab School Education Board were presented with regularization certificates by the Hon’ble Education Minister of Punjab, Shri Harjot Singh Bains, marking a strong step towards their secure and prosperous future.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਲਈ ਈ-ਸਨਦ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਬੈਂਸ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਅਮਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ, ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਸੁਨਹਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ (IAS), ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਹਾਇਰ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ, ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਿਵੇਕ ਵਰਮਾ, ਐੱਸ.ਆਈ.ਓ. – ਐਨ.ਆਈ.ਸੀ. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਰਹੇ।
ਇਸ ਨਵੀਂ ਪਹਲ ਨਾਲ ਹੁਣ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਰ-ਦਰਾਜ਼ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਕਸ਼ੀਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਲਈ ਘਰ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਣਗੇ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਏਜੰਟਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਖਰਚਾ ਵੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਪੂਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਆਸਾਨ, ਤੇਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੇਵਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਪੋਸਟਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਕਤਾ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਵੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਂ-ਸੀਮਾ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

The Punjab School Education Board has launched the e-Sanad Digital Verification Service to facilitate the verification of students’ academic documents. This important service was formally inaugurated by the Hon’ble Education Minister of Punjab, Shri Harjot Bains Ji.
On this occasion, Dr. Amarpal Singh Ji, Chairman, Punjab School Education Board; Shri Harsunhinder Pal Singh Brar (IAS), Director Higher Education; and Shri Vivek Verma, SIO – NIC Punjab, were specially present.
With this new initiative, both current and former students—especially those residing abroad or in remote areas—can now apply online from the comfort of their homes for the verification of their certificates and mark sheets. Earlier, students had to rely on agents for this process, which was time-consuming and involved additional expenses.
Now, the entire process has become simple, fast, and transparent. Through this service, after digital verification of documents, the Ministry of External Affairs also provides apostille and attestation facilities, significantly reducing the overall verification timeline.

ਚੈਅਰਮੈਨ ਡਾ. ਅਮਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੇਰੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੰਮ ਆਫ਼ਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੰਮ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼, ਸੁਗਮ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿਣਗੀਆਂ।

Chairman Dr. Amarpal Singh reviewed the Verification and Certificate Branch of the Punjab School Education Board. Earlier, since all the work was carried out under an offline system, the process used to take a considerable amount of time.
Now, by adopting digital technology, new computer systems have been installed, enabling the entire process to be conducted online. This has made the system faster, more convenient, and more efficient.
The Punjab School Education Board will continue to make such efforts in the future to provide better services to students and the general public.

ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਸੋਚ, ਨਵਾਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼।

ਚੈਅਰਮੈਨ ਡਾ. ਅਮਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ NEP 2020 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਅਰਥਪੂਰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ’ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਮੁਕੰਦ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਜੀ, ਚੈਅਰਮੈਨ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਫੂਡ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਲਿਨੀ ਗੋਇਲ ਭੱਲਾ ਜੀ, ਫਾਊਂਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ, ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਫਾਰ ਸਰਕੁਲਰ ਇਕਾਨਮੀ, ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ,
ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮਰਵਾਹਾ ਜੀ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਚੈਅਰਮੈਨ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਰਹੀ।

ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਈ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬੇਕਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਅਣਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਈਆਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਵਰਤ ਕੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਤਾਲੀਮ, ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਿਕਾਸ, ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਕੰਸਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਪੱਧਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਦੀ ਦੂਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਸੋਚ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਰਹੀ।

New thinking in education, new direction.

During the meeting organized by the Punjab School Education Board under the leadership of Chairman Dr. Amarpal Singh, it was discussed to make the school curriculum more meaningful as per NEP 2020.

In this important meeting, Shri Bal Mukand Sharma Ji, Chairman, Punjab State Food Commission, Smt. Shalini Goyal Bhalla Ji, Founder and Managing Director, International Council for Circular Economy, New Delhi,
and Shri Marwaha Ji, Former Chairman, Punjab Pollution Control Board were present.

In this meeting, it was discussed in detail how the learning process of students can be made more effective by using useless or unused items in a creative way.
The visionary thinking of connecting education with the global level through teacher training, curriculum development, project-based education and International Education Council was the focus of this meeting.

2 ਨਵੀਆਂ ਲਿਫਟਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਾਲੂ ਹਨ। 3 ਹੋਰ ਲਿਫਟਾਂ ਅਗਲੇ 2 ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
