Bright Future Hotel Management and catering Technology Institute, Mohali and Bakes and Brews culinary Academy, New Delhi signed a Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU) and announced the launch of a new course that would be jointly managed by both the Institutions. The Course will be offered at the Bright Future IHM which is located at sector 78 Mohali.
The Diploma in Naturopastry ids being Launched for the 1st time in India- the latest trend that has come up in the bakery industry is the preference for lighter and healthier foods. Now one can have multigrain bread, brown bread, sweet bread or even gluten-free bread if someone is intolerant to this family of proteins found in grains like wheat, rye, etc. And these products are not limited to a few urban cities. They have spread across the length and breadth of the country. And it is not only breads which have become healthier. The same can be said of biscuits, cakes, pastries and many other items. The rise of diabetes in the country has also led to a rise in the demand for sugar free and healthy bakery products. This in essence implies that the products would be free from Sugar, and all other artificial ingredients.
Keeping in mind the issues outlined above this course has been launched which seeks to integrate the principles of Bakery, naturopathy as well as Ayurveda.
The Director of Bakes and Brews Delhi – Mr Sanjay Mallick opined that the course would guarantee 100% placement and the students would be pioneers of the futuristic Trends. The Director of Bright Future IHM added that the student would be taught using pedagogical tools such as Guest lectures, Visits and Intense focus on Practical knowledge. In addition complete assistance would be provided to those who wish to open their own bakery unit.
