Roles and Responsibilities:

Undertake the design, engineering, and documentation, provide specialist input, resolve technical problems, and ensure quality of products and services on projects undertaken by the team.
Work closely with the General Manager- projects on all technical matters relating to the projects.
Assist the project teams with all aspect of project implementation, including but not limited to preparation of 3D views, rendering, isometric details, reports preparation, etc.
Works on defined tasks under limited supervision with some autonomy.
Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of own work.
Responsible for meeting agreed deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile

Highly detail-oriented and strong time management with the ability to self-direct workload and accomplish tasks.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
Proficiency in Sketch-up, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, Other 3D model software's.
Understanding faade cladding, glazing interface details and construction sequence.
Hands-on, independent attitude.
Creative thinking.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and social.
