Today, our wonderful mothers stepped into the magical world of storytelling, reliving cherished moments of narrating tales to their little ones. 🌸
In the Grade Early Years 1 story narration competition, themed “Once Upon a Bond”, mothers brought stories to life with their voices, expressions, and heartfelt emotions. Each narration wasn’t just a story—it was a celebration of the special bond between mother and child. 💕
The event was filled with laughter, nostalgia, and creativity, as mothers reminded us that storytelling is more than words—it’s about connection, imagination, and love.
📖 From fairy tales to personal anecdotes, every narration carried the warmth of a mother’s heart. Truly, it was a day where stories became bridges, and bonds grew stronger.

Today our little learners explored the idea of empty and full — such a simple concept, but so important for building early maths and science understanding!
🍼 We looked at cups, bottles, and baskets. When they were full, they had no more space. When they were empty, there was nothing inside.
🎲 The children loved filling containers with blocks and then pouring them out again. They quickly noticed the difference between a full basket of toys and an empty one.
📚 Through stories, songs, and role play, they discovered that these everyday words help them describe the world around them.
💡 Next time you’re at home, try asking your child: “Is your glass empty or full?” It’s a fun way to reinforce learning in daily life!
