Development Plan for Kalchhina and nearby area
1. Vision
The vision of Kalchhina is to develop it into a harmonious, disciplined, educated, self-reliant, and corruption-free village, where every citizen: men, women, and youth—has access to quality education, career opportunities, basic infrastructure, cleanliness, and transparent governance.
The foundation of this plan is character building, career-oriented mentoring, women education, employment generation, and honest utilization of public money.
2. Education, Mentorship & Career Development
2.1 Character Building & Mentorship:
With vast experience in mentoring students, structured guidance will be provided to:
• Build discipline, moral values, and confidence
• Promote career-oriented thinking among youth
• Guide students from school level to professional careers
2.2 Armed Forces as Initial Career Path:
Rural youth will be encouraged to join the Armed Forces, as this sector:
• Does not require high English fluency initially
• Matches the physical strength and discipline of rural youth
• Provides dignity, stable income, and national service
Planned Activities:
• Daily physical training and fitness routines
• Written exam preparation (GK, Maths, Reasoning)
• Motivation sessions for students and parents
• Continuous mentoring till final selection
Selected candidates receive central government facilities, and their children grow up in an environment of quality education and discipline, leading to future success in SSC, CDS, NDA, and other competitive examinations.
2.3 Career Direction for Graduate Youth
A major concern in Kalchhina is that many graduates are not focused on their careers.
This plan will address:
