રાજકારણમાં વંશવાદ મુદ્દે મચેલા રાજકીય હંગામા વચ્ચે છેલ્લી ત્રણ લોકસભા ચૂંટણીના રોચક ટ્રેન્ડ

વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ વંશવાદ મુદ્દે કરેલી એક ટિ્વટ બાદ આ મુદ્દે જોરદાર ચર્ચા શરૂ થઇ ગઇ છે. ભાસ્કરે આ મુદ્દે સઘન તપાસ કરી તો એક વાત સ્પષ્ટ રીતે ઊભરીને સામે આવી કે દેશના રાજકારણમાં રાજવી (કેમ્બ્રિજ યુનિવર્સિટીના એક રિસર્ચમાં એ નેતાઓને રાજવી નેતા કહેવાયા છે કે જેમના પરિવારમાંથી કોઇ ને કોઇ સભ્ય ચૂંટણીલક્ષી રાજકારણમાં સક્રિય રહ્યા હોય) જ પ્રભાવી છે. જો આપણે 21મી સદીમાં થયેલી 3 લોકસભા ચૂંટણી (2004, 2009 અને 2014)ની વાત કરીએ તો એ તથ્ય ઉભરીને સામે આવે છે કે આ સદીમાં એક ચતુર્થાંશ સાંસદ એવા જીત્યા છે કે જેમનો સંબંધ કોઇ ને કોઇ રાજકીય પરિવાર સાથે રહ્યો છે.

રાજવી સાંસદોમાં તેમની સંખ્યા માત્ર 10 %

છેલ્લી ત્રણ ચૂંટણી જોઇએ તો 1611 સાંસદમાંથી 390 (24%) રાજવી ચૂંટાયા. એટલું જ નહીં, તમામ પક્ષોએ બેઠકો વધારવા આ રાજવીઓને ભરપૂર ટિકિટો આપી. ચોંકાવનારી વાત એ છે કે 21મી સદીમાં એક પણ રાજવી સાંસદ અપક્ષ તરીકે જીતી શક્યા નથી. કેમ્બ્રિજ યુનિવર્સિટી પ્રેસના રિસર્ચ મુજબ 21મી સદીમાં અંદાજે 25% સાંસદોના પરિવારની પૃષ્ઠભૂમિ રાજકારણ સાથે જોડાયેલી રહી છે. ચોંકાવનારી વાત એ છે કે આઝાદી પહેલાં જે શાહી પરિવાર એટલે કે રાજા-મહારાજા, જાગીરદાર અને જમીનદાર વર્ગ તરીકે ઓળખાતા હતા તેમાંથી માત્ર 3 ટકા સાંસદ તેમની સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. કુલ રાજવી સાંસદોમાં તેમની સંખ્યા માત્ર 10 % જ છે. આ મામલે નિષ્ણાતોના મત જુદા-જુદા છે. ચૂંટણી વિશ્લેષણ કરતી સંસ્થા સીએસડીએસના નિયામક સંજય સિંહ કહે છે કે કોઇ સાંસદ ભલે રાજકીય રાજવી પરિવારમાંથી હોય પણ તેમને ચૂંટે છે તો જનતા જ. કોઇ પણ સાંસદ માત્ર રાજવી હોવાના કારણે વારંવાર ચૂંટણી જીતી શકતા નથી. તેણે કોઇ પણ સંજોગોમાં કામ કરવું જ પડશે. એડીઆરના જગદીપ છોકર કહે છે કે રાજવીઓને ટિકિટ ન આપવી જોઇએ, કેમ કે તેઓ વર્ચસ્વનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે.

પરિવારવાદ રાજકારણની હકીકત બની ચૂક્યો

ન્યુયોર્ક યુનિવર્સિટીના રાજકારણ વિભાગના પ્રો. કંચન ચંદ્રાએ 21મી સદીમાં થયેલી ચૂંટણીઓ પર રિસર્ચ કર્યું અને એ જાણવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો કે રાજકીય પૃષ્ઠભૂમિ ધરાવતા કેટલા સાંસદ લોકસભામાં છે તેમણે ડેમોક્રેટિક ડાયનેસ્ટીઝ (સ્ટેટ, પાર્ટી એન્ડ ફેમિલી ઇન કન્ટેમ્પરરી ઇન્ડિયન પોલિટિક્સ) બુક લખી છે, જેમાં રાજવી સાંસદ એમને માન્યા છે કે જેમના પરિવારમાંથી કોઇ ને કોઇ સભ્ય ચૂંટણીલક્ષી રાજકારણમાં સક્રિય રહ્યા હોય. ભલે તેમની વચ્ચે લોહીનો સંબંધ, પુત્રવધૂ, માતા, કાકા, દાદા અને જમાઇ જેવા સંબંધ કેમ ન હોય. બુકના કોપીરાઇટ કેમ્બ્રિજ યુનિવર્સિટી પ્રેસ પાસે છે. ચંદ્રાના કહેવા મુજબ પરિવારવાદ રાજકારણની હકીકત બની ચૂક્યો છે, જે લોકશાહીને હિંસક બનાવી રહ્યો છે. તેમાં પંચાયતથી માંડીને સીએમ, પીએમની ખુરસી પણ સામેલ છે.

Come March and it is the season of exams. Board exams have started; and it is a big day for all students as well as their parents.

My fellow friends, future of nation, who are going to appear for exam of class X and class XII, I wish them great success in their endeavor.

Every achievement is rooted deep in hardwork, determination and dedication. The best of learnings get tested through the journey of life. In that sense we all are students of life.

Here, I would like to quote Swami Vivekananda’s lines – ‘Arise, awake and do not stop till the goal is reached’.

Exams they say are part and parcel of life. Leave all your worries behind and perform for knowledge. Results will follow automatically.

કેન્દ્ર સરકારનું અનુમાન છે કે અગામી વર્ષ 2018માં આ સેકટરમાં 2 લાખ લોકોને નોકરીઓ મળશે. આ જ કારણે સરકાર તેના સ્કિલ ડેવલોપમેન્ટ પ્રોગ્રામ અંતર્ગત યુવાઓને સોશિયલ મિડિયા માર્કેટિંગની ટ્રેનિંગ આપવા પર ફોકસ કરી રહી છે. ટ્રેનિંગની જવાબદારી કેન્દ્ર સરકારની વિશ્વનીય સંસ્થા નિસબડની પાસે છે. મિનિસ્ટ્રી ઓફ સ્કીલ ડેવલોપમેન્ટ એન્ડ એન્ટરપ્રિન્યોરશીપને આધીન કામ કરી રહેલું નિરબડ ઘણાં વર્ષોથી યુવાઓને ટ્રેનિંગ આપી રહ્યું છે. નિસબડે એન્ટરપ્રેન્યોરશીપ ડેવલોપમેન્ટ પ્રોગ્રામ ઓન સોશિયલ મિડિયા માર્કેટિંગનું આયોજન 17 અને 18 જૂને કર્યું છે.

The earliest textual reference to the celebration of Holi is found in the 7th century. There was once a sprite king by the name of Hiranyakashyap who won over the empire of earth. Hiranyakashyap was so selfish that Hiranyakashyap commanded everybody in his kingdom to worship only him. But to his great disappointment, Hiranyakashyap son, Prahlad became an enthusiastic follower of Lord Naarayana and refuse to worship his father.

Hiranyakashyap tried several ways to kill his son Prahlad but Lord Vishnu saved Prahlad every time. Finally, Hiranyakashyap asked his sister, Holika to enter a glowing shoot with Prahlad in Holika lap. For, Hiranyakashyap knew that Holika had a help, whereby, Holika could enter the fire safe.

Deceitfully, Holika coaxed young Prahlad to sit inher lap and Holika herself took her seat in a burning fire. The marvel has it that Holika had to shell out the proce of Holika wickedness wish by her life. Holika was not aware that the benefit worked only when Holika entered the fire without help. Prahlad, who kept chnting the name of Lord Naarayana all this while, came out wihtout a scratch, as the lord hallowed Prahlad for his great affection. accordingly, Holi derives its name from Holika.
