Inauguration of a 10-Day “Sound and Meditation” Workshop at Seth Dwarka Prasad Bajaj Education Centre
We are pleased to inform you that a 10-day “ध्वनि एवं ध्यान” workshop, organised in collaboration with Pandit Chhannulal Mishra Sangeet Nyas, Kashi, started grandly at our school premises today. The workshop will continue till 31 May 2026 and includes various activities based on music, meditation, and values education.

The programme was graced by distinguished guests including Prof. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Principal of Maa Vindhyavasini Autonomous State Medical College, Mirzapur, and Prof. Dr. Surendranath Soren from the Department of Music and Fine Arts, University of Delhi.

The workshop is being conducted by Prof. Namrata Mishra, daughter and disciple of Padma Vibhushan Late Pandit Chhannulal Mishra and Head of the Music Department at K.B.P.G. College.

The event began with the garlanding of Maa Saraswati and ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by soulful musical performances that created a serene and devotional atmosphere. The audience was deeply moved by the bhajan presentations and musical renditions during the programme.

Our respected Principal, Dr. Shivani Kaushik, welcomed all the guests and appreciated the efforts of the organisers for promoting music, meditation, and cultural values among society and students.

We are delighted to share that our students performed exceptionally well in both the CISCE Zonal Athletics Meet 2026 and the CISCE Zonal Chess Tournament 2026, bringing laurels to the school through their remarkable achievements.

To celebrate the spirit of love, gratitude, and respect for mothers, a Hindi Elocution Competition was conducted with enthusiastic participation from all four houses— Ganga, Narmada, Kaveri, and Brahmaputra.

The competition was organized in two categories: Group A (Classes III & IV) and Group B (Classes V & VI). Students eloquently expressed their thoughts on meaningful topics such as “मेरी माँ, मेरी प्रेरणा”, “मेरी प्यारी माँ”, and “माँ का त्याग और समर्पण.”

Representing their houses with confidence, both boys and girls delivered heartfelt speeches, beautifully supported by creative props prepared by them. The event showcased their speaking skills, creativity, and deep admiration for the unconditional love and sacrifices of mothers.

On the occasion of the 1st Anniversary of the success of Operation Sindoor, our school organized a series of meaningful activities at Seth Dwarka Prasad Bajaj Education Center to honour the courage and sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces.

Through Shaurya Samvaad, a documentary screening, and a ceremonial flag hoisting led by Principal Dr. Shivani Kaushik in the presence of Lieutenant Sandeep Kumar Goswami, students gained a deeper understanding of patriotism, bravery, and national pride.

The celebrations served as a powerful reminder of our heroes’ dedication and inspired our young learners to cherish and uphold the spirit of service towards the nation.

We are pleased to share that our school, which proudly has an NCC platoon of 50 cadets, was visited by Honourable Group Captain V. K. Panjiyaar for an insightful interaction.

During his interaction, he held a detailed discussion with our Principal, Dr. Shivani Kaushik, and Lieutenant Sandeep Kumar Goswami on the importance of NCC and the wide range of career opportunities available for students across various fields, especially in the defence services.

He also proposed a special educational visit to the Air Force Station, Varanasi, where our cadets and selected students will get an opportunity to observe and learn about the functioning of fighter drones and small fighter aircraft.

This visit is a matter of great pride for all of us, as our school has been specially chosen among many institutions for this enriching initiative.

We are pleased to inform you that a Tetanus–Diphtheria (TD) Vaccination Drive was successfully conducted on the school campus under the initiative of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

This school-based immunization programme was organized for students of Classes IV, V, X, and XI, covering the 10-year and 16-year age groups, to ensure their continued health and protection against preventable diseases.

The vaccination process was carried out efficiently under proper medical supervision, ensuring safety, hygiene, and care for every child.

We are proud to share that our school successfully hosted the CISCE Zonal Kabaddi Tournament 2026 on our campus.

The event was held today featuring Under-14, Under-17, and Under-19 (Boys & Girls) categories.

Around 300 participants from 9 schools took part in the tournament. Teams such as St. Mary’s Mirzapur, St. John’s Ghazipur, and others participated enthusiastically.

We are delighted to announce that our students delivered an outstanding performance. Our teams in the Under-14 and Under-19 categories won the finals, showcasing remarkable skill & determination and displaying exceptional sportsmanship and team spirit.

The tournament was a great success, highlighting excellent teamwork and competitive spirit among all participants.
