••Continuous skill upgradation is the need of the hour••

The country produces one crore graduates every year, of which 15 lakh are B.Tech or B.E. Even after getting a degree from IIT Bombay on the basis of high merit in a tough exam like JEE, only three out of every four engineers are getting jobs. *The lowest offer after campus interview in this premier institute is just Rs. 4 lakh (Rs. 33 thousand per month) this year as against Rs. 6 lakh last year*. Apart from this, hundreds of new IITs/NITs/private universities are offering B.E. and B.Tech degrees. But the industry says that only one-third of these have the knowledge or skills to work in the industry. But is the industry not finding the technical education of IIT graduates useful or is the job market trying to tell some other picture?

It is true that even today our technical education is not world class,
while the talent is unmatched. That is why offers of high salaries are also increasing, although their number is less. Note that the highest offer from this institute has been of one crore. This is definitely an exception. It is also true that *the flow of technological change is so fast that the 'shelf life' of a young engineer's knowledge is only three years*. This means that up-skilling is necessary every three years to remain in the industry. Some big foreign tech companies are spending on up-skilling their Indian staff. In fact, American industries also keep getting new technical knowledge and talent from the educational institutions there, which is less in India. According to the latest report of CMIE, the unemployment figure has again increased. Is this not the right time that organizations like FICCI, ASSOCHAM and CII come forward and take up the responsibility of up-skilling? *Do not forget that we are in the era of AI*.

- नींद और हाइड्रेशन को प्राथमिकता दें

*डिटॉक्स के बाद का चरण (1-2 सप्ताह)*

- धीरे-धीरे डोपामाइन-ट्रिगरिंग गतिविधियों को फिर से शुरू करें
- डिटॉक्स के दौरान विकसित की गई स्वस्थ आदतों को बनाए रखें
- भविष्य में सुधार के लिए चिंतन करें और समायोजित करें

- शुरू करने से पहले एक स्वास्थ्य सेवा पेशेवर से परामर्श करें
- अपने आप के साथ सौम्य रहें और अपने मस्तिष्क की अनुकूलन प्रक्रिया के साथ धैर्य रखें
- पूर्णता पर नहीं, प्रगति पर ध्यान दें
