Rudra Institute of Technology Hosts सेमिनार under the aegis of "सारथी " on Psychology to Promote Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being
Meerut, 25th September 2024: Today, a significant seminar titled "Sarathi" was organized by the Department of Humanities at Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana, Meerut. Under the esteemed leadership of the Principal, Dr. Urmila Moral, and Director, Dr. Manoj Sharma, and Dean Dr. Ruchika Gupta alongwith Dr. Sarika Ansari,the seminar focused on the crucial topic of mental health and emotional well-being.
The event featured renowned guest speakers, including Dr. Deepika Sharma, Parenting Coach and NLP Practitioner, Dr. Neetu, Rehabilitation Psychologist and Special Educator from Meerut Institute of Special Education, and Dr. Baby Dalal, Assistant Professor at Kanohar Lal Degree College, Meerut. The experts shared their valuable insights on the significance of mental health and emotional stability in today's fast-paced world.
During the seminar, the speakers emphasized the importance of self-care and self-awareness in maintaining mental health. They highlighted practical strategies for individuals to foster their psychological well-being without necessarily needing a psychologist. “To be healthy, one must prioritize oneself and engage in activities that contribute to mental and emotional development,” stated Dr. Deepika Sharma.
The seminar saw the participation of senior officials of the institute, including College Dean Ms. Ruchika Gupta, who appreciated the initiative and expressed the institution’s commitment to promoting holistic development among students and staff.

Mawana, 23rd September 2024: The Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana, Meerut, hosted another successful edition of the युवा संवाद program under the esteemed leadership of Principal Dr. Urmila Moral and Director Dr. Manoj Sharma. The event was graced by the presence of the chief guest, Smt.Selva Kumari J, Commissioner of Meerut Division, who engaged with students in an interactive and thought-provoking session.
The program commenced with a tribute to Goddess Saraswati, the epitome of knowledge, as flowers were offered to her statue. A special highlight of the event was the presentation of a hand-crafted portrait of the chief guest, made by one of the talented students from the Fine Arts Department, as a token of appreciation.

"युवा संवाद " Seminar Inspires Youth at Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana Meerut
Mawana, 18th September 2024– The Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana Meerut, successfully organized yet another inspirational seminar titled "Yuva Samvad" on 18th September 2024. This event, held under the guidance of Principal Dr. Urmila Moral and Director Dr. Manoj Sharma, aimed to motivate students to pursue careers in civil services. The seminar was graced by the presence of Dr. Vipin Tada, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Meerut, who honoured as the chief guest.
The program began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and a tribute to Goddess Saraswati, symbolizing wisdom and knowledge. Dr. Vipin Tada shared his journey and offered valuable insights into the preparation for civil services, encouraging the youth to aim for excellence in public service roles.
During the interactive session, students actively engaged with Dr. Tada, posing questions related to civil services and career planning. The chief guest addressed their queries, providing comprehensive and inspiring answers that were well-received by the audience.
As part of the event, certificates were awarded to 21 students who successfully completed the CAD by MSME The ceremony recognized their dedication and achievements in technical skills development.
The seminar was attended by students, faculty members, and senior officers from various departments of Rudra Institute of Technology, along with representatives from other institutions under the Rudra Group.
