**Rhythm, Grace and Glory: Our Students Shine at Malhar**

The stage at Gargi Girls' School, Meerul, came alive on the 21st and 22nd August as students descended upon it for Malhar – the Inter-School Dance and Rock Band Competition β€” a two-day celebration of rhythm, artistry and nerve.

The opening day belonged to sound. Our Rock Band took the stage with electric energy, their chemistry as musicians and performers earning them Consolation Prizes and proving that talent, when tuned together, needs no introduction.

The second day turned the spotlight to movement. Our six-member Group Dance team wove precision and passion into a performance so tightly synchronised it felt like a single heartbeat β€” clinching the Second Runner-Up trophy. Meanwhile, in the Solo Classical Dance Competition, Class VI's Aradhya Sharma held the room in quiet awe, her every gesture steeped in grace and storytelling, earning her a well-deserved Consolation Prize.

Two days, two stages, one spirit β€” our students didn't just compete, they left an impression. Their courage, discipline and artistry have added a bright new verse to the school's ongoing story of excellence in the performing arts.

The Independence Day Celebration at school was a vibrant tribute to patriotism, pride and the spirit of freedom. The occasion was graced by our esteemed DAV alumnus, Mr. Dushyant Pundir.
