Winter's Special ❣️
Corn soup with veggies
1 can of creamy style corn
1tbsp cornflour
1 cup of mixed veggies(seasonal)
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cheese
To be ground into a paste
1" ginger
4 garlic
4 green chillies
1.Mix cornflour with 6 cup of water.Add paste ,corn can n cook until done
2. Add veggies, butter, cheese..check seasoning.
3.Serve hot with chillies in vinegar n chilly sauce...

Today's recipe ..
WALNUT BANANA CHOCOCHIPS CAKE
Banana 3
Brown sugar 125gms
Milk 25 ml
Water 50 Ml
Oil 80 gm
Vanilla 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 Tsp
Wheat flour 250 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Baking soda ¾ tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Walnuts 50 gm
Chocochips 50 gm
Cinnamon powder - ½ tsp
Take a mixie jar add chopped bananas n brown sugar ,water n milk ..churn it
Now add vanilla, butter n vinegar n mix it well
Sift wheat flour , baking soda , baking powder n cinnamon powder ,salt.
Add chopped walnuts n chocochips
Now mix wet n dry ingredients ..mix well
Pour this better in 8 " pan ...bake in preheated oven for 40 min at 180c
🥮DANISH APPLE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
Flour: ¾ cup
Baking Powder: 1 tsp
Baking Soda: ½ tsp
Cinnamon Powder: 1 tsp
Condensed Milk: ½ cup
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Oil: ½ cup
Milk: ½ cup
Chopped Apples: ½ cup
Chopped Walnuts: ¼ cup
METHOD:
• Grease and dust an 7” tin
• Sift flour, with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder
• Beat condensed milk very well
• Add oil and beat
• Add flour gradually and gently use the be**er
• Add milk
• Add vanilla essence. Mix well
• Fold chopped apples and walnuts into the batter. Mix well to get a smooth batter
• Pour the batter into the greased tin
• Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 degree C for 25 mins
