INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
Independence Day- a day to celebrate India’s much sought independence and to take pledge to render our nation free from shackles that are a hindrance in the progress and prosperity.The program commenced with Rag Bhairavi sung by the school choir. The tricolor was hoisted by Chief Guest, Mrs. Anumeha Singh; Principal, Mrs. Savita Chadha and tiny tots. A nukkad natak depicted the fundamental rights and duties and a dance performance by the students showcased the ethos and spirit of Indian diversity in culture and tradition.The oath by CBSE made students pledge for a clean, corruption free nation where everybody is honestly fulfilling their duties and not letting the sacrifices of the freedom fighters to go waste.The choir added patriotic fervor to the air with their performance on ‘Pray for India’.The Chief Guest, Mrs. Anumeha Singh, in her speech, stressed on the fact that the society has contributed a lot and now its our turn to do our bit. She further added that every individual effort of each one of us would make a difference.Principal, Mrs. Savita Chadha, congratulated the assembly and inspired the students with her thought provoking speech to learn from the lives and sacrifices of the freedom fighters. She motivated the students to serve the nation by volunteering themselves to do their part by – each one teach one. The program was concluded with the rendition of the national anthem followed by sweet distribution.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. Security Money Rs 2500/- to be deposited in cash at the reception counter at the time of
Registration.
It is refundable after charging the damage (if any) at the time of departure.
2. Lodging charges Rs 75/- & Food Charges is Rs 175/- per day per head as the
following for example:

2 January 2012 7 January 2012 6 Days
2 January 2012 8 January 2012 7 Days
3 January 2012 7 January 2012 5 Days
3 January 2012 8 January 2012 6 Days
3. All Payments to be made from the day of your stay in the host school (till 7 Jan.
2012). For your further stay you have to pay as per the given charges only on FULL
DAY BASIS.
4. The charge from 3rd to 7th January 2012 is mandatory to be paid on full day basis.
5. The food facility will be available for the participating schools from 3 Jan. 2012 (evening)
to 8 Jan. 2012 (morning). The officials accompanying the teams are requested to make
advance payment of all days so that the meals are arranged accordingly.

1. Each school must issue an identity card to every participant
2. Attested photocopy by the principal of class IX registration card (for the players studying
in IX and X class)
3. Attested photocopy of class X passing certificate with photograph of the student issued by
CBSE (for the player studying in XI & XII class)

5. School sports uniform or the school uniform
6. Bed sheet, Blanket & pillow
7. Torch & Lock
