Centre for Research on Rudraksha (CeRR), Shobhit University, Meerut grab 1st prize in Saharanpur Science Exhibition by Vigyan Bharati (ViBha), Saharanpur Unit for showcasing CeRR's Researches, products and Innovation in the field of science and technology.
Shobhit Biomedical Society congratulates the whole team of this centre along with the University for making it possible.
The Exhibition took place in IIT Roorkee (Saharanpur Campus) on 20th December 2025. The motive for this exhibition was to encourage young innovators and researchers in science and technology.

Exploring the science behind healing.
An insightful session held on “Physiotherapy Equipments: Engineering to Application” by Dr. Akshay Choudhary (MPT – Neuro, CCT, ACLS) organized by the School of Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences, Shobhit University.

Mr. Choudhary give hands-on session to students using School's Physiotherapy lab. He shared the basic knowledge behind each physiotherapy instrument.

Commitment Week.. Not only limited to University walls but it's a commitment of shobhit University to Empower the nation. School of Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences along with Shobhit Biomedical Society organised a Health Check-up camp in Mavi Meera Village, Daurala, Meerut to encourage village people about their health. Over 70+ test reports were recorded.
Prof. (Dr) VK Tyagi, Vice Chancellor, shobhit University gives blessings to the students who organised the camp and it was a great pleasure to all biomedians that they gain hands-on experience of field training too..
Once again it's a commitment to Empower the Health of the Nation.

Pragya: Orientation session for Senior Students

The second day of Pragya focused on preparing students for academic and professional success through a series of interactive and skill-enhancing sessions. Activities included Academic Mentoring Circles, project and seminar planning studios, career pathway guidance, and rotational skill pods covering communication, research tools, and creative thinking. The day also featured mock interviews, group discussions, and an open forum for student queries.

The event concluded with a valedictory ceremony in the esteemed presence of Prof. Lomas Tomar, Director of the School, who addressed the students and distributed certificates, marking a meaningful end to the two-day orientation.
We wish the best of luck to the students for their academic journey throughout the year.
