With 38 participants, the mock Youth Parliament sparked powerful debates on _β€œShould AI tools be permitted in school assessments, or do they undermine educational integrity?”_ πŸ’­πŸ€–

From Speaker to Secretariat, Opposition to Proposition, every role was played with discipline, tact, and passion. The session nurtured insight into parliamentary working, critical thinking on public issues, and group discussion skills.

On 22nd April 2026, SFITES organized an educational visit to the Dainik Jagran office in Meerut πŸ’πŸ“°. A total of 33 students πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“ accompanied by 2 teachers πŸ‘©β€πŸ« participated in this insightful tour. The main objective of this visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the newspaper publishing process.
During the visit, students explored various departments such as the editorial ✍️ and printing section πŸ–¨οΈ. They learned about the importance of authenticity in news and how newspapers provide true and reliable reports of daily events πŸ“–βœ….
πŸŽ₯ A video presentation was also shown to help students better understand the printing and publishing process. The officials explained each stage in detail, including preparation, printing, and distribution 🚚.
🌟 Overall, the visit was highly informative and enriching. It helped students understand the complete journey of a newspaperβ€”from its creation to final distributionβ€”making it a valuable learning experience for all participants.

LKG Rose explored nature with a refreshing Nature Walk 🌿, spread awareness through roleplay & rhymes, and learned to love & protect our Earth through play. Our tiny tots truly showed us how to care!

On 17/04/2026, under the joint initiative of Municipal Corporation Meerut and ITC Mission Sunhera Kal, a Clean School Program was organized in Ward No. 33 at St. Francis World School.
During the program, in the presence of the school Principal Mrs. Manisha Jain, Manager Administration Mr. Deepak Rastogi, and the entire staff, students were made aware of important topics such as source segregation (dry and wet waste separation), avoiding single-use plastic, and home composting.

Additionally, everyone was informed about Swachh Survekshan 2025–26 and was appealed to provide citizen feedback and actively participate in making Meerut rank first among clean cities. πŸ’πŸ™
On this occasion, children were also encouraged to understand the importance of cleanliness and to adopt clean habits in their daily lives.
