The Institute is governed by Technocrats. The Founder of ABSS Institute of Technology Prof. Honours (Electrical Engg.) from Banaras Hindu University, M.Tech. (Power Systems) B.H.U and has almost 37 years of Industrial Experience with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. Shri Atul Bharadwaj, Vice-Chairman of the Institute is B.Tech. Electronics & Communication from Bhopal University and has an experience of almost 10 yrs. in software Development & Design. The board of governors comprises of selected people from various sections of society like Engineers, Teachers, Industrialists, Civil Servants, Parents of Students and Doctors with common goal.
