Located in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, ACET was established by Aryabhatt Charitable Trust, Delhi. The college is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow. The courses offered by ACET have gained the approval of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
