Ayushi Som, a Class 11 proud student of Taxsila Public School has brought immense pride to both her school and the entire region by winning the Gold Medal in the 60 kg weight category at the Khelo India National Kickboxing Championship 2026. This stellar achievement is a direct result of her hard work, discipline, and nonstop dedication.
The championship was held in the city of Chennai, featuring fierce competition from athletes representing states across the country.

Chairman Dr. Ompal Singh and Principal Dr. Pravin Kumar Pathra extended their heartiest congratulations to Ayushi Som and her parents on this golden victory, wishing her a bright and successful future ahead.

Sports build character, discipline, and a spirit of excellence. Continuing its tradition of sporting achievements, Taxsila Public School once again made its mark at the state level.

13 shooters from Taxsila Shooting Academy, Taxsila Public School, participated in the 30th Pre U.P. State Shooting Championship held in Noida. In a remarkable achievement, all 13 players qualified for the U.P. State Shooting Championship.

Among them, Ankur, Preet, and Virat not only qualified but also secured Bronze medals, bringing laurels to Meerut and the school.

On this occasion, School Chairman Dr. Ompal Singh and Principal Dr. Pravin Kumar Pathra congratulated the students along with shooting coaches Adil Khan and Vineet Chaudhary, and wished them a bright future.

The school wrapped up its vibrant ten-day Summer Camp on a high note.

From UKG to Class 8, young learners immersed themselves in a dynamic mix of activities designed to spark curiosity and confidence. The camp featured non-fire cooking, hands-on science experiments, computer sessions, personality development workshops, music and dance, theatre, yoga, and sports. Each participant was recognized with a certificate celebrating their enthusiasm and growth.
