Mountains, Memories & Milestones: An Unforgettable Journey Through Dalhousie, Khajjiar, Dainkund and Amritsar
Students of Classes IX, X and XI of Dewan Public School embarked on memorable educational excursions to Dalhousie, Khajjiar, Dainkund and Amritsar during May and June. Blending adventure, learning and cultural exposure, the trips offered students an opportunity to explore some of North India's most scenic and historically significant destinations.

The breathtaking landscapes of Dalhousie, the lush meadows of Khajjiar and the panoramic views from Dainkund Peak filled the students with excitement and wonder while fostering teamwork, confidence and resilience.

At Jallianwala Bagh, students revisited an important chapter of India's freedom struggle, while the visit to the Golden Temple provided a profound lesson in spirituality, humility and service.

The journeys proved to be much more than sightseeing tours—they were enriching experiences that created lasting memories, strengthened friendships and brought learning to life beyond the classroom.

Young Artists, Big Achievements!
A proud moment for the School Family as our talented students showcased their creativity at a grand Painting Competition held at Begumpul Namo Bharat Station, organized by AHRDA Education and sponsored by NCRTC & DB RRTS.
Competing among 100+ participants, Vaani (VII-A) secured 1st Position in the Under-18 Category, winning a trophy, certificate of appreciationand participation certificate. Nitya (IX-C) was also recognized with a participation certificate for her impressive artwork.

From Classrooms to Cloud-Kissed Peaks

A group of 204 students of Class XII, accompanied by their teachers, embarked on an exciting trip to Manali. Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, the excursion proved to be a perfect blend of adventure, learning and personal growth.
The journey commenced with great enthusiasm as students explored some of the region's most renowned attractions, including the Hadimba Temple, Solang Valley, Mall Road, the engineering marvel, Atal Tunnel and the sacred serenity of Manikaran. The breathtaking landscapes, snow-capped peaks and lush valleys left everyone spellbound, offering moments of awe and admiration at every turn.

Beyond sightseeing, the trip provided valuable lessons in independence, responsibility and adaptability as students navigated a new environment away from home. It also fostered teamwork, mutual respect and stronger bonds among peers and teachers alike.

The students returned with hearts full of memories, stronger friendships and a renewed appreciation for nature's beauty. More than a leisure trip, the Manali excursion was an enriching experience that broadened horizons, nurtured life skills and created memories that will be cherished for years to come.
