🚀 “Fostering Entrepreneurial Mindset: Building a Sustainable Startup Ecosystem in the Era of AI and Industry 5.0”
were successfully conducted on 17th August 2026 at A.V.C. College of Engineering.
🎯 Session I:
Dr. Jayasri Indiran, Associate Professor, Department of MBA, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kochi, Kerala, delivered an insightful session on “Fostering Entrepreneurial Mindset for a Sustainable Future: Navigating Startups in the Era of AI and Industry 5.0.”
💡 Session II:
Mr. K. Silambarasan, Proprietor & Manager (Research & Development), DSIB Tech, Bangalore, addressed “Innovation Management for Startups: Tools, Techniques and Case Insights.”
🤖 The day also included a hands-on AI Lab Session, providing participants with practical exposure to emerging AI tools and their applications.
📖 An engaging Article Discussion Session further enriched the programme by encouraging participants to critically analyse recent research and exchange ideas related to entrepreneurship, AI, innovation and Industry 5.0.

The Inaugural Address was delivered by the Chief Guest, Honourable Justice Mr. K. Venkataraman, Judge Administrator, A.V.C. Institutions & A.V. Charities, who inspired the participants with valuable insights on entrepreneurship, innovation and the evolving opportunities in the era of AI and Industry 5.0.

Department of Management Studies & Finance Club of DOMS, in association with IIC of A.V.C. College of Engineering, organized an insightful guest lecture on “Present & Future Banking Industry – Opportunities & Challenges.” on 11.08.2026.
The session provided valuable insights into the evolving banking industry and the exciting career opportunities it offers.
The lecture was delivered by Mr. V. S. Srinivasan, Deputy General Manager (Retd.), City Union Bank Ltd., Kumbakonam. The session was very interactive through II MBA students active participation. Principal Dr. P. Balasubramanian, delivered a special address and presented the Momento to the Guest.
