SOLO DANCE COMPETITION RULES
1.Maximum time limit allowed is 3 minutes – Empty Stage to Empty Stage.
2.It could be just one song or a medley of songs on any theme that the individual performer takes up for the dance performance.
3.Final round would be situational theme given by judges randomly-eg. devotional, western, romantic etc.
4.The individual will have to select its own theme in 1st round-eg. bollyhop, freestyle ,contemporary etc.
5.Edited Music has to be submitted by the participant 3 days before the competition on an audio CD i.e 21st January 2015; there should be only one track on the CD.
6.Use of music with foul/slang language is not allowed.
7.Use of water, fire, inflammable items and vehicles is not allowed on the stage.
8.Judges’ decisions will be final and in case of any discrepancy, the organizing committee’s decisions will be all-abiding.
9.Students will not be provided with any of the physical stuff, they have to arrange by their own.
10.Registration Fees is Rs.50
GROUP DANCE COMPETITION
1.Minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 dancing talents require to team up.
2.Maximum time limit allowed is 3:30 minutes – Empty Stage to Empty Stage.
3.It could be just one song or a medley of songs on any theme that the team takes up for the dance performance.
4.Team will have to select its own theme if they want to.
5.Edited Music has to be submitted by the participating team 3 days before the competition i.e. on 21st January 2015, on an audio CD; there should be only one track on the CD.
