💊 World Pharmacist Day 2026 Celebrated with Enthusiasm at Rajiv Academy for Pharmacy, Mathura 💊

Rajiv Academy for Pharmacy, Mathura, proudly celebrated World Pharmacist Day 2026 on 25th September 2026 at the college auditorium with great enthusiasm and academic spirit. The programme commenced with an insightful address by Prof. (Dr.) Himansu Chopra, Director & Professor, Rajiv Academy for Pharmacy, who highlighted the significance of World Pharmacist Day and elaborated on the duties, responsibilities and vital role of pharmacists in the healthcare system. The session was followed by the solemn Pharmacist Oath, reaffirming the students' commitment to professional ethics and responsible pharmaceutical practice.
The celebration continued with a range of student activities, including a quiz competition, a science model presentation, and cultural activities. A guest lecture on “An Overview of Research and Development in the Pharmaceutical Industry” was also organised and delivered by Mr. Ajay Sharma, Research Scientist, Teva Pharmaceutical Limited, Noida. The lecture provided students with valuable insights into the pharmaceutical industry's research and development landscape, career opportunities, innovation and the importance of research in advancing healthcare.
