🌿 Environmental Awareness Week at SRBS International School 🌿
At SRBS International School, we believe that nurturing young minds also means nurturing a love for nature. As part of our Environmental Awareness initiatives, students enthusiastically participated in a series of meaningful activities designed to promote sustainability, creativity, and environmental responsibility.
🌱 “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Campaign: Students of Nursery to Grade II planted saplings with their parents at home and also participated in a plantation drive on the school campus alongside teachers, coordinators, the Principal, and the school management, spreading the message of “Save Environment, Save Future.”
♻️ Best Out of Waste Activity: Students of Grades III to V showcased their creativity by transforming recyclable materials into innovative and useful products such as bird feeders, dustbins, paper fans, tiaras, pen stands, and many other eco-friendly models.
🌳 Educational Field Visit: Students of Grades VI to VIII enjoyed an enriching educational visit to a garden, where they explored a variety of trees, shrubs, herbs, medicinal, fruit-bearing, and flowering plants. The visit provided valuable hands-on learning about biodiversity, plant care, and environmental conservation.
🌍 Environmental Awareness Activities: Students of Grades IX to XII expressed their commitment towards protecting nature through Slogan Writing, Poster Making, Digital Poster Making, and Digital Presentations, sharing inspiring ideas for a sustainable future.
These activities provided students with opportunities to learn, create, explore, and contribute towards building a greener and healthier planet. Together, we continue to inspire our young learners to become environmentally conscious and responsible citizens.
