"Gyan Jyoti-2015", the annual techo-cultural fest of Hindustan College of Science & Technology is scheduled on 12-14 March, 2015.

The students from any Engineering / Management college who are interested to participate in Technical and/or Cultural events lined up for can register online and submit their registration fee in HCST Campus last by 12th March, 2015.

In an endeavor to equip students with new age challenges and become job providers then job seekers University Relations team of IBM India has launched a IBM Bluemix contest for students which will help them take their ideas to market in no time. IBM Bluemix is a new Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering from IBM.

The program is about providing a platform for students where they can learn to convert their brilliant ideas in to applications and take it to the market in the shortest possible time. Mr. Prabhpreet Shah, Director Creative Group and Mrs. Kirandeep Kaur, Architect the visiting speakers to Hindustan College of Science & Technology presented their breath taking creativity by putting up a wonderful presentation for the students as well as faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering & Architectural Engineering. Mr. Pradeep Mahtha , Director Strategy, Sharda Group of Institutions introduced the guest speakers to the audience.They threw some light on their own brilliantly designed structures in India, the Chennai Airport, a complete built of steel structure and use of renewable sources of energy in the facility and others like Raipur Airport, Chhattisgarh Airport, IIT Jodhpur Campus, Central University Bhatinda to name a few from a numerous projects they have undertaken. Students and faculty were were overwhelmed by the success stories they had created and beautiful way they had presented it.

We in Sharda Group of Institutions have students with multiple talents and also they are not afraid to show it. Its a very popular form of dance outside India and has started catching up with the Indian youth and also has made an indelible mark on the minds of the our students too. They put up quiet a show in Gyan Jyoti'14 which gave a new look to the fest.
