I am Professor Neeta Awasthy, a highly experienced professional with 35 years of experience in consultancy and academics. certified Energy Auditor. After leaving a central govt officer's job, I was self-employed as a software consultant for 9 years. Then I joined academics and worked every time with a new batch of youngsters for the last 22 years. I have authored more than fifty research papers, four books, and a patent. Her research interests include Digital Signal Processing, Artificial Neural Networks, Biomedical Engineering, Energy Management, Big Data Analytics, Quality Improvement of Technical Education, eLearning Initiatives, Design Thinking, and Critical Thinking. Member of various professional organizations such as IEEE, IETE, ISTE, and CSI, and have served as an editor and reviewer for various international journals, as well as a consultant for various companies and organizations. This blog is to provide the skills to aspirants, which are necessary to their placement in society and life, whether finding a job or providing one. The project “Making you Placement Ready”(MyPR) aims to bridge the gap between college and society. Also, we are moving towards a world where personal branding is necessary "MyPR" is also about how you maintain Your Brand for the rest of the world. We all need a mentor for our work and life. Many times we say "I wish someone had told me in college". Also, later in life, when we are at crossroads and are unable to take a decision, we need to refer back to the basics. MyPR will forever be with you as a Yoda in life.
