Parvati Radhakishen Fomra School, Mathura hosted 16th Inter School English Debate competition christened "Freedom Cup" on 10th August 2024. Renowned schools of Mathura participated in the event. The motion of the debate for Junior category (IX & X) was "Social Media has improved people's personal relationships." For Senior category ( XI & XII), the topic of the debate was "Schools should give priority to STEM education over Arts." Participants showcased their critical thinking, public speaking and analytical skills. Gyandeep Shiksha Bharti Sr. Sec. School, Mathura, bagged the Winner's Trophy in the Junior category. Delhi Public School, M. R. Nagar, Mathura, was declared the winner in the senior category.

PRFS Mathura successfully hosted the Interact Club Investiture Ceremony on Aug 1st, 2024, in presence of several distinguished senior Rotarians of Mathura, who had come together to shower blessings on the newly elected office bearers. It was an honour to have with us the following members :

The programme started with
the lighting of the lamp by Senior Rotarians, Principal Mr.K.B.Jad, Mentor Mrs.Neepa Reji, Rotary Club President Mr.Rohit Kapoor and the other dignitaries, symbolizing the light of knowledge and wisdom.
This was followed by a warm welcome by Mahima Singh, the Master of Ceremonies, who greeted the dignitaries, guests, teachers, and students. The importance of the Interact Club and its role in fostering community service and leadership among the youth was highlighted.
The ceremony marked a new beginning for PRFS Interact Club, with a renewed commitment to community service, leadership, and personal development. The event was a memorable occasion, filled with enthusiasm and optimism for the future.
The MC introduced the distinguished guests present at the ceremony, including members of the Rotary Club, school administrators, and special invitees
The guests were felicitated with tokens of appreciation by the Principal Mr.K.B.Jad and the Mentor Mrs.Neepa Reji, acknowledging their support and encouragement.
Principal Mr.K.B.Jad addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of the Interact Club in promoting leadership and community service among students. The principal expressed confidence in the newly elected members' abilities to lead the club to new heights.
The highlight of the ceremony was the formal investiture of the new office bearers.
The newly appointed President, Harvansh Lamba and the Secretary Aru Agarwal, delivered an inspiring acceptance speech, outlining vision for the upcoming year. The President thanked the outgoing team and promised to continue the legacy of service and excellence.
Rotary Club President Shri Rohit Kapoor shared insights on the collaboration between Rotary and Interact Clubs, highlighting past achievements and future goals. The importance of mentorship and guidance from Rotary members was underscored.
Yet another highlight of the event was the sapling plantation by the students and the Rotarians.
Vote of Thanks was proposed by the newly appointed Secretary, Aru Agarwal, who expressed gratitude to all the guests, teachers, parents, and students for their presence and support.
