Discovering the Instrument of Your Potential 🎶

I was having a heart-to-heart with my 13-year-old son, and our conversation took an interesting turn. I started by saying, “I believe everyone has music within them, and that music is their core potential.” I then asked, “What do we want to do with that music?”

Without missing a beat, my son responded, “Dad, people want to express their music.” He went on to explain how we can express this inner music—through instruments, vocals, or other forms of expression. He even added that finding the right instrument involves trying out different ones until something clicks.

This struck a chord with me. We all have potential inside us, waiting to be expressed, but how do we find the right “instrument”? Who has the time to try out many of the instruments? Is it not easier to go with peoples decisions?

Too often, society defines our path—be an engineer, doctor, or choose something “safe.” But what if that’s not how we want to express our unique potential?

So, I’ll leave you with this thought:

4. Low heel to toe drop is advisable to reduce injuries
