With this aim in mind, Margao, first saw the birth of ‘Kalangan – Centre For Performing Arts’ in 1996, which is now catering to the training and imparting of art education on a big scale in Margao, Goa and present 600 students are taking training in various faculties such as Bharat Natyam, Hindustani Vocals, Harmonium, Tabla, Sitar & Painting/Drawing.
