Mother’s Day Celebration
Date: 9th May 2026.
A Mother’s Day Celebration was organized at Akal Academy Kauri Wara with great enthusiasm and joy to honour and appreciate mothers for their love, care, and sacrifices. The programme began with a soulful Shabad followed by a warm welcome for all the guest mothers.
Students expressed their love and gratitude through cards, messages, and creative activities. Several fun games and interactive activities were conducted for mothers and children, creating a cheerful and memorable atmosphere for everyone present.
As a special gesture of respect and appreciation, plant saplings along with appreciation certificates were presented to the mothers. The saplings symbolized the way mothers lovingly nurture, guide, and help their children grow throughout life, just as a plant is cared for and nurtured into a strong tree.
The celebration concluded with refreshments and a vote of thanks by the Principal Ma’am. The event was enjoyed by all and left everyone with beautiful memories and heartfelt emotions.

ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ।।
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫ਼ਤਹਿ।।
ਅਕਾਲ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਕੌੜੀਵਾੜਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਪੰਥ ਰਤਨ , ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਮਾਰਤੰਡ,ਪਦਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸੰਤ ਬਾਬਾ ਇਕਬਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ 100 ਵੇ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਕੀਰਤਨ, ਕਵਿਸ਼ਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚੌਪਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਠ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਸ. ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਹਾਂਪੁਰਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਥਾ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮੈਡਮ ਬਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਾਂਪੁਰਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ , ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਧ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਬਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

*Labour Day Celebration Report*
Akal Academy Kauri Wara celebrated Labour Day with great respect and enthusiasm, honouring the invaluable contribution of its support staff.

A special morning assembly was organised where students highlighted the importance of Labour Day through speeches, thoughts, and short presentations. They expressed heartfelt gratitude towards workers such as gatekeepers, drivers, gardeners, and caretakers for their dedicated service.
Students prepared thank-you cards and appreciation notes and also contributed small donations as a token of respect. To make the celebration more meaningful, they participated in one-hour volunteer service activities like watering plants, helping the storekeeper, and maintaining cleanliness in the school premises. As a gesture of gratitude, students also served refreshments to the supporting staff themselves.

The Principal, Mrs. Baljeet Kaur Bhullar, presented gifts to the supporting staff and encouraged students to value the dignity of labour and respect every individual’s contribution.

The celebration instilled a sense of gratitude, responsibility, and empathy among students, making the day truly memorable.

ਅਕਾਲ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਕੌੜੀ ਵਾੜਾ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੀ.ਬੀ.ਐਸ.ਈ ਦਸਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਬੋਰਡ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 100% ਨਤੀਜਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਉੱਤਮਤਾ ਦੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਸਮੀਨ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 98.2% ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਦੇ 26 ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੇ 90 % ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅੰਕ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੇ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਜਵਲ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ।

Vaisakhi & Khalsa Sirjana Diwas Celebration
The festival of Vaisakhi and Khalsa Sirjana Diwas was celebrated in the Akal Academy Kauriwara with great enthusiasm and devotion. Students presented various performances including Shabad singing, poems, rhymes, choreographies, kavishri, speeches, and plays. A Dastar Bandi Competition was also organised, showcasing the students’ pride in Sikh traditions and enhancing their cultural awareness.

The celebration was graced by esteemed chief guest ASI Traffic Incharge, Punjab Police Gurdeep Singh, who educated students about traffic rules and road safety. Another respected guest, Gurmeet Singh, inspired students with the message of humanity and the importance of Waheguru Simran.

Students who performed Gurmat activities with dedication were honoured by Principal Baljeet Kaur Bhullar and the chief guest.

The Honourable Principal Baljeet Kaur Bhullar shared kind words at the end, highlighting the importance of Vaisakhi and Khalsa Sirjana Diwas and encouraging students to stay connected with their culture and values.

Guru Ka Langar was served, and the entire school community experienced a profound sense of unity, gratitude, and spiritual bliss.
