REPORT ON EXECUTIVE PTA MEETING
An Executive PTA Meeting was held on 24 September 2026 in the School Library from 12:30 PM to 2:45 PM. The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Baljeet Kaur Principal, and Mr. Bikkarjit Singh, Vice-President, PTA.

Conclusion
The meeting concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Bikkarjit Singh, Vice-President, PTA. He also addressed the students with a motivational speech, emphasizing the importance of social responsibility, moral values and becoming responsible and civilized members of society.
He highlighted that the school provides students with a unique and valuable platform for holistic development, where academic excellence is complemented by moral education, character building and social responsibility.
Mrs. Baljeet Kaur Principal, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all the members for their valuable presence, suggestions and continued cooperation. SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR AT AKAL ACADEMY KAURIWARA

​Akal Academy Kauriwara organized a two-day Scholastic Book Fair on 21st September and 22nd September. The event was dedicated to marking the cherished occasion of the 100th Birth Anniversary of Sant Baba Iqbal Singh Ji. Guided by the central theme line, "A Book in the Hands of Every Child," the initiative aimed to foster a lifelong love for reading and learning among students across all age groups.

Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM)
Purpose: Discussion of Mid-Term Examination Results and Students’ Academic Progress
A Parent-Teacher Meeting was conducted at Akal Academy Kauriwara on 17th September 2026 to discuss the academic performance of students in the recently conducted Mid-Term Examinations. The meeting provided an opportunity for teachers and parents to interact, review students’ performance and work together towards their overall academic improvement.
Key Points Discussed
Review of students’ Mid-Term examination performance.
Discussion of subject-wise strengths and areas for improvement.
Guidance to parents regarding regular study habits, revision and homework completion.
Emphasis on improving attendance, punctuality and classroom participation.
Identification of students requiring additional academic support.

Suggestions for creating a positive and disciplined study environment at home.

ਅਕਾਲ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਕੌੜੀ ਵਾੜਾ  ਵਿਖੇ 5 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦਿਵਸ ਬੜੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਨੋ-ਸ਼ੌਕਤ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਸਮਾਗਮ Mrs. Baljeet kaur  , ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮੈਮ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਆਰਟੀਫੀਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਇੰਟੈਲੀਜੈਂਸ (AI) ਲੈਬ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਅਤੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾਤਮਕਤਾ, ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀ ਨੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ-ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ, ਤਰਕਸ਼ੀਲ ਸੋਚ, ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮੈਮ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਅੱਜ 31 ਅਗਸਤ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਕੌੜੀ ਵਾੜਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਧੰਨ-ਧੰਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਪੂਰਨਤਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦਿਹਾੜਾ ਬੜੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ, ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿੱਤਨੇਮ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਗਾਇਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਥਾ-ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਮਹਾਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ 451 ਪਾਠ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚੌਪਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਪੂਰਨਤਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੀ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਮਹਾਨਤਾ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਮਾਰਗ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਾਲ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮੈਡਮ ਬਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਦੀ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨ, ਗੁਰਸਿੱਖੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਪਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਮਾਰਗ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

REPORT ON EXTEMPORE COMPETITION
An Extempore Competition was organized at Akal Academy Kauri Wara on 22 August 2026 under the guidance of Mrs. Harpreet Kaur. The activity aimed to enhance students’ confidence, fluency, spontaneity, communication skills and public-speaking abilities.
Students from Abhay, Ajay, Amul and Atul Houses participated enthusiastically. The competition was conducted through preliminary and final rounds, with students speaking on thought-provoking topics such as saving water, healthy habits, exercise and sleep, participation in competitions, and daily homework.
Participants were assessed on Content & Relevance, Fluency, Pronunciation, and Confidence .

The final round was contested between Abhay House and Ajay House.
🏆 First Position – Ajay House – 18/20
🥈 Second Position – Abhay House – 17/20

Principal Mrs. Baljeet Kaur Bhullar appreciated the enthusiastic participation and confident performances of the students. She congratulated the winners and encouraged all students to actively participate in such activities to develop effective communication, critical thinking, confidence and leadership skills.
The event concluded on a positive note, fostering a spirit of confidence, healthy competition and learning among the students.
