Happy to inform that Dr. Vishwanath Srikantaiah, popularly known as ZenRainman of Bangaluru has most kindly agreed to be part of Summer School (CUS-SS17) and give lectures and have interactive studio sessions with the participants.

Dr. Viswanath is a water activist and has an experience of over 27 years in implementing water conservation at policy level with government as well as private sectors. He is also the founder of Rainwater club. He is a regular columnist on water preservation for The Hindu. A Civil Engineer, and Urban & Regional Planner by profession, he has worked with HUDCO (Housing and Urban Development Corporation) for 14 years. At present, he is the director of Biome Solutions, Advisor to Arghyam, Secretary General of IRCSA (International Rainwater Catchment Systems Association), and an acclaimed national/international figure in water conservation and management.
