To give more realistic meaning to implementation of Right to Education Act the Mangshilla Cluster organises a Cluster Events engaging schools under Govt. SSS Magshilla cluster North Sikkim.

The events kicked off with a inter Cluster Football tournament between Govt . JHS Namok v / s Govt . JHS Ralak from today.

The 15 day Orientation on HIndi Course commenced from today 10th July 2014. The Orientation program is being conducted by Central Institute of Hindi Regional Centre, Guwahati. Dr. Joginder Singh Meena, Regional Director cm Assistant Professor assisted by Assistant Professor Shri Rajnedra Prasad.
Shri Phaki Ram Dulal, Deputy Director HRDD/North proposed a welcome address followed by a key note by Dr. Joginder Singh Meena. The program was then addressed by Shri Sonam Lepcha, Joint Director, HRDD/North. In his addressed the Joint Director welcomed and thanked the initiative taken by the Regional Center, Guwahati for conducting such program in the North District. Further, he stressed on the importance of hindi language in context of North District. He urged all the participating Post Graduate Teachers, Graduate Teachers and Primary Teachers teaching Hindi Language to make optimum use of such training. The Joint Director proposed to establish Hindi Regional Centre in the state of Sikkim.
Shri Chandra Bahadur Dahal and Shri Tempa Rinzing Bhutia, Assistant Directors, HRDD/North is coordinating the program on behalf of the HRDD, North District.
