Mani Krishnaswami Academy (R) Indian Classical Music organization. Mani Krishnaswami Academy (R.) was founded in 2004 in memory of Padmashree, Sangeetha Kalanidhi , Dr Smt.

Mani Krishnaswami, an eminent Carnatic vocalist and a renowned music guru. At Mani Krishnaswami Academy (R.) it has been our sincere endeavour to promote Indian Classical art forms, particularly music in the last 12 years. We have organized music workshops, concerts, and presented awards to promising young artistes and felicitated senior artistes who have left their stamp in the field of Indian cl

assical art. This has contributed to the preservation of our precious art tradition, particularly in the districts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi.

A blessed moment of humbly inviting and seeking the divine benediction of the revered seer, His Holiness Sri Sri Yadugiri Yathiraja Narayana Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji, for the music concert and award ceremony to be held on the morning of Sunday, December 6, 2026, at the Indian Institute of World Culture, Basavanagudi, Bangalore as a part of Raga Sudharasa - 2026 Yaksha – Sangeeta - Nrithyotsava

It was an unforgettable moment when His Holiness listened intently as I briefed him about the activities of the Mani Krishnaswami Academy, graciously consented to participate in the program, and showered his blessings upon all of us.
