Our students went on a short trip visit to one of the Society out of 5 who produces Udupi sarees, Talipady Primary Weavers Service Co-Op. Society Ltd., Kinnigoli.
Our students got to witness with the artisans, their experiences, their works, etc also got the chance to learn this traditional old art of weaving
As we all know India is one of the biggest of Fabric producers among many others. This traditional style is now disappearing and as we future designers should bring the change and continuity for keeping this tradition alive
We would like to give a big gratitude to all the artisans working here For giving our students this opportunity.
