This week at K.H. Patil Hospital, Gadag, standing with transplant surgeons and an incredible clinical team, I felt something powerful — how close medicine works to life itself.

Doctors transform lives every day.
Technologists build the systems that support them.

For me, Women’s Day is not only celebration.
It is about cerebral equality — standing shoulder to shoulder, solving real challenges, and building systems that make life better.

Here’s to a generation that celebrates life the way technocrats build the future — with courage, curiosity, and compassion.

📱 Everyone is online.
So why are we still fighting about it at home?

Who is responsible when things go wrong —
Parents?
Children?
Or the platform?

At Badrakali English Medium School, we hosted a Cyber Security & Cyber Wellness Master Workshop that opened eyes and hearts.

🔍 What is a digital footprint?
It’s the invisible trail you leave behind with every like, share, comment — and it never really disappears.

🛑 We spoke about:
• The dark side of the internet
• Privacy vs over-monitoring
• Cyber crimes affecting teens
• Why fear-based restriction doesn’t work

Grateful to IT Expert Mr Atul Udupi for decoding the risks so clearly.

Proud that Anagha (Grade 12) joined our panel — because teens deserve to be heard, not just monitored.

Special thanks to SI Mr Sridhar from the Gokarna Cyber Crime Branch for reminding us that awareness is our first layer of protection.

The real solution?

Not banning.
Not blaming.
But building digital wisdom.

Let’s raise children who are conscious, not careless.

The Government of India’s MANODARPAN mental health initiative has revealed numbers we can no longer ignore.
Across the country, screenings show that 10–12% of students are facing mental health challenges, while an alarming 81% report severe anxiety and distress—predominantly due to academic pressure.

Working in this space for over a decade, I have witnessed these numbers firsthand.
Private schools, residential and non-residential campuses, universities, and even government institutions…
The pattern is the same.
The pain is the same.
The silence is the same.

12.7% of students today need immediate intervention.
These are not statistics.
These are voices that tremble, hearts that fear, minds that feel overwhelmed, and children who don’t know how to ask for help.

In this context, the launch of the movie “Why (a+b)² Causes Tension” comes at exactly the right time.
It is not “just” a film—it is an awakening.
A reminder that learning should not break a child; it should build them.

This movie speaks to parents preparing children for
NEET | JEE | CA | Civil Services | Boards,
and to every student who feels that mathematics is a mountain they cannot climb.

It celebrates the joy of learning.
The fun in maths.
The power of understanding over memorisation.
And the life skills that make learning sustainable and meaningful in the 21st century.

Udupi—our knowledge-driven district—must not close its eyes anymore.
The data is not just data.
It is a cry for help from students who suffer silently.

This movie is an eye-opener, a mirror, and a movement.
Because India’s dream of Viksit Bharat will be built on emotionally strong, psychologically resilient, Atma Nirbhar children.
Children who believe in themselves.
Children who grow, learn, thrive, and rise without fear.

Psychology + Life Skills = The Real Game Changer.
And the time to act… is now.

The Conscious Parenting Principle

A child’s behaviour is a mirror of their emotional state.
When you shift from controlling their actions → understanding their needs…
you raise:
• resilient
• emotionally intelligent
• confident
• self-aware
children.

This is how we shape a conscious generation.
