i-COMPLY POSH is our end-to-end solution for organizations to formulate & implement Prevention Of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy in compliance with ‘The sexual harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013’.

We are proud to have helped 30+ companies from diverse industries to improve workplace safety and achieve statutory compliance by implementing i-COMPLY POSH. We partnered with them to formulate policies, enable panelists on investigation, provide external panelists for ICC and create awareness on prevention of harassment for more than 1,50,000 people.
